MHI Signature Process
Our approach begins with a comprehensive exploration of your home or business and your unique style preferences. From there, we meticulously craft a design that precisely meets your needs. Our services encompass conceptualizing design ideas, drafting detailed floor plans and elevations, sourcing a wide range of furniture, art pieces, decorative lighting, and carefully curated decor items, all culminating in seamless installation.
1 • Discovery Call
We want to learn about you and your decor dreams! Starting with a Discovery Call to learn about the basics and discuss the scope of your project.

2 • Consultation
We visit your space for a 2-hour creative working session with you. We will discuss details and scope of the project. You’ll receive a customized budget proposal after this meeting.

3 • Design
This phase is largely based on the size and scope of the work. We get to work on designing your dream space! It takes a few weeks for MHI to develop the design concepts, after which we present it to you room by room via Google Meet.

4 • Project Implementation
Everything starts to come together here! Our team brings our design and decor concepts to life, managing all aspects of the project—from ordering & procurement, to collaborating with trades and installations—delivering a seamless process from start to finish.

5 • Reveal Day
This is where all of our hard work and collaboration pays off, and your new, inviting home comes to life. We style your now magazine-worthy space so you can just sit back, relax, and take in the fully-designed, dreamy view.
Remodel & New Build Construction
Collaborating closely with both the client and the General Contractor, we tailor all hard and soft finishes to suit the specific requirements of your project. Whether it's selecting materials or refining design details, our expertise extends to every finished piece for your home or business.
Floor Planning & Furniture Layouts
We specialize in space arrangement to ensure your home or business perfectly reflects its functional requirements while also creating a beautiful space to live or work. Our design-only service focuses on creating the desired ambiance and style without sourcing furniture or decor; simply pointing you in the right direction. We provide comprehensive floor plans and elevations, along with expertly curated furniture layouts and decor arrangements tailored to your space.
